FilaMental is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built for 3D printer users to manage filament stocks, recipes, and workshop finances. We offer two subscription tiers: "Standard" (free/restricted) and "Premium" (paid/unrestricted).

3. Registration and Security

To access the tracking features, you must register an account with a valid email. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Payment Processing: All Premium transactions are managed and processed securely via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
• Auto-Renewals & Cancellation: Monthly and Annual plans auto-renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription for the next billing cycle at any time from your account settings or via Lemon Squeezy emails.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of SaaS plans, payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical errors, please contact support.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the application, abuse the platform with scraping tools or bots, or carry out malicious activities that threaten our infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FilaMental is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FilaMental is not liable for data loss, printer failures, or any mathematical discrepancies in cost or profit simulations.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with the updated revision date.
