• Workshop Data: Filament spools you log, custom recipes, print job logs, and financial records.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following core purposes:

• To enable workshop tracking, cost calculations, and financial analysis.
• To operate, optimize, and deliver technical support for our platform.
• To manage subscription tiers, billing statuses, and system limits.

3. Data Security and Retention

Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructures (managed by Supabase). You can permanently delete your account at any time via the "Account Settings" modal. Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase all your filament, print, and financial data from our database.

4. Third-Party Payment Services

All payment transactions are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our licensed merchant of record. Credit card details are never processed or stored on FilaMental servers. Transactions are subject to the third-party provider's own privacy and safety guidelines.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to maintain your active login session and remember your selected language and currency preferences.
